The Lowdown
They did a joke version of the story on an episode of Garfield & Friends in 1994. The deal is that Orson pig is telling the story but Aloysius pig keeps making him dumb it down to save money (reducing the cost of the sets etc.)
Some Observations
- Of the villains, we only have Danglars and Fernand. One is a duck, the other a chicken.
- They don't get past the escape as the other pig keeps interrupting.
The Verdict
The cartoon is only 7 minutes long. To be honest I'm not sure why I've even included it here.
